About Region N3
Independent local news for Lake, Porter, and LaPorte counties — and the wider Northwest Indiana Region.
We publish original reporting on crime, local government, jobs and industry, and community life. Stories are sourced, edited, and approved before they go live. Corrections run on our Corrections page.
Region N3 operates under the National News Network brand. Advertising helps fund the newsroom; editorial decisions stay with the publisher and Managing Editor.
