VALPARAISO, Ind. — Porter County’s public jail roster listed 10 bookings after 7:46 a.m. CT Monday, Oct. 12, through 7:42 a.m. CT Tuesday, Oct. 13, when the roster was checked. Seven of them allege operating a vehicle while intoxicated, theft, domestic battery, or vehicle theft.
Charges are accusations. Everyone named is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in court.
