VALPARAISO, Ind. — Porter County’s public jail roster listed 14 bookings after 7:42 a.m. CT Tuesday, Oct. 13, through 7:34 a.m. CT Wednesday, Oct. 14, when the roster was checked. Six of them allege theft, fraud, domestic battery in the presence of a child, intimidation, operating a vehicle while intoxicated, criminal mischief, or battery on a public safety official.
Charges are accusations. Everyone named is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in court.
